VOLTA HK Ltd, a holding company related to serial entrepreneur Sergey Ogorodnov, former CEO of Infra Engineering and founder of London based Voltaware Limited, converted its previous loan into Ledcom International’s equity. As a result, Ledcom’s shareholding group is strengthened by more international shareholders, bringing experience in advanced technology ventures and supporting the development and growth of the Milan based company into international markets.
