In order to better comply with and manage the company’s growth, LEDCOM International’s shareholders have appointed today a 3 members Board of Directors.
Mr. Mauro Tosi, the current sole director, has been appointed Chairman of the Board. The other directors are Mr. Pietro Marone, an Anglo-Italian manager based in London, and Mr. Sergey Ogorodnov, a serial Anglo-Russian entrepreneur and former investment banker also from London.
The Board of Directors is appointed for a term of three years.
Mr. Tosi will also retain the role of Ledcom’s Chief Executive Officer.
