New York based FINNOVA Capital LLC and LEDCOM International agreed on the terms for a capital increase which will allow the American fund to join Ledcom’s shareholders.
It is the first of several Board designed initiatives to strengthen Ledcom’s equity and support the investment plan for the development of advanced products and the company’s international expansion.
FINNOVA Capital focuses on green energy and environment, energy saving and stocking, renewables, waste management, water and air pollution reduction, nanotechnologies and advanced materials, mobility, urban transport and Internet of Things.
